The short version

Ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Either way works:

• Use the link in the email Paddle sent you after your payment.
• Or email help@bellablooms.app from the email address you paid with, and include your invoice reference. It is in the same Paddle email and looks like 131485-10004. We will ask Paddle to refund you.

What happens next

Paddle sends the money back to the payment method you used, and the refund includes the tax you paid. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card company.

A refund ends your licence for that purchase. Please stop using your key once you have been refunded.

Your data

Your data stays on your phone, so a refund doesn't touch it and we can't delete it for you. Export a backup from Settings first if you want to keep it. You can still export a backup from the lock screen without a key.

After 14 days

If Bella Blooms doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, write to us and we will sort it out fairly. This doesn't affect any rights you have by law.
