Reframe Progress AB, a company registered in Sweden (organisation number 559523-3163), is responsible for the personal data described here, except where Paddle is (see below). Contact: help@bellablooms.app.
Your name, temperature unit, cycle settings, daily temperatures, period dates, notes and your licence key are saved in your browser's storage on your device. The app never sends them to us or to anyone else. This is health information, which is why we designed the app so that it never reaches us: we can't see it, share it, lose it or be made to hand it over.
A backup file you export is saved on your own device. Where it goes after that is up to you.
Paddle takes the payment as the seller of record. Paddle collects what it needs for that, such as your email, country, payment details and tax information, and handles it under its own privacy policy.
We can see your order in Paddle: your email, country, the amount and your invoice reference. We use it to give you your key, help you if something goes wrong, refund you and keep accounting records. We keep accounting records for as long as the law requires, which in Sweden is seven years.
Your key contains your order number and the time of purchase, signed so the app can check it without contacting anyone. It doesn't contain your name or email.
When you land on the thank-you page after paying, or use the key recovery page, a small function on our website asks Paddle whether the order is paid and creates the key. On the recovery page, the email and invoice reference you type go from your browser to our website, on to Paddle to find the order, and are not stored by us.
The website is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site, as described in its privacy policy. We don't set cookies ourselves and we use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The page makes no requests to anyone else until you press Buy. Then Paddle's checkout loads, and Paddle may set its own cookies or storage.
Emails to help@bellablooms.app are forwarded to our mailbox. We keep them to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed, and delete them when you ask, unless we need them for accounting or a dispute. Please don't send health information.
To give you what you bought (contract), to keep accounting records (legal obligation), and to help you and keep the website secure (our legitimate interest).
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for it in a portable form. Write to help@bellablooms.app. Because we hold so little, most requests will be about your payment details, which Paddle holds and which you can also ask Paddle about directly.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
Paddle and Cloudflare operate internationally. Their policies explain how they protect data that moves between countries.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and say what changed.
