Bella Blooms is a hobby project: one simple, finished app that runs entirely on your phone, with no accounts and no services behind it. Once it is installed and unlocked it needs nothing else, so very little can go wrong. Follow the steps in order and it should just work.
One payment, and Bella Blooms is yours to keep. There is no subscription and no account. After you pay you get a key that unlocks the app on your phone. The full wording is in the terms.

The wording differs a little between phones and versions. Once installed, it opens full screen like any other app and works without a connection.
On iPhone this happens when Open as Web App was switched off when you added it. Press and hold the icon, remove it, then add it again from Safari and leave Open as Web App switched on. Your data lives in the app's own storage, so export a backup from Settings first if you have already logged something in it.
Bella Blooms is made for phones. We test it on iPhone with Safari and on Android with Chrome, and it also works in Firefox on the phone. Checking a key needs a recent browser: Chrome 137 or newer, Safari 17 or newer, or Firefox 129 or newer.
Those apps open links in a built-in browser that can't install anything. Use the menu (usually three dots or a share icon) and choose Open in Safari or Open in Chrome, then follow the steps above.
On the page you are sent to right after paying. Copy it and keep it somewhere safe. If you closed that page, you can get your key again.
The page you see after paying has three buttons: Copy key, Download key file, and Email it to myself (this opens your own mail app with the key filled in; nothing is sent by us). Save it in your notes app or password manager. Once Bella Blooms is unlocked, you can copy the key again any time from Settings, under Your key.
Go to Get your key again and enter the email you paid with and your invoice reference. Your key appears on the page. Nothing is sent by email.
In the email Paddle sent after your payment, labelled Invoice reference. It looks like 131485-10004. Paddle is the company that takes payment for us. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder.

On iPhone, an app added to the home screen keeps its own separate storage, so it does not share your unlock with Safari. Copy your key from Settings, under Your key, in the browser where you unlocked it, then open the home-screen app and press Paste from clipboard. It stays unlocked after that. If you no longer have the key, get it again.
On your phone, open Get your key again, enter your email and invoice reference, copy the key, and paste it into the app's lock screen.
Install Bella Blooms on the new phone. On the lock screen you can either press Paste from clipboard after copying your key, or restore a backup from your old phone, which also unlocks the app if the backup includes your key.
To make a backup, open Settings on your old phone and choose Export backup. On the new phone, choose Restore from a backup on the lock screen.
Only on your phone, in your browser's storage. What you log is never sent anywhere: the app has no server for it. What the app does, and how to check it yourself, is on the Your data page.
No. Anything you have logged stays on your device, and Export backup is always available on the lock screen.
Your logged data lives only on that device, so it goes with it unless you exported a backup. Export one now and then from Settings. Your key is not lost: you can get it again.
Paddle. Paddle is our payment provider and the seller of record, so your card details go to Paddle and never to us. The email they send is your receipt.
Yes. Ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back, no questions. Use the link in the email Paddle sent you, or write to us with your invoice reference and we will ask Paddle to refund you. The refund policy has the details.
The checkout shows the price in your currency. In Europe the price you see includes VAT. In the US, sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.
Yes, a basal body thermometer that reads to about 0.05°C / 0.1°F. A regular thermometer isn't precise enough to show the small rise that confirms ovulation. Most pharmacies sell them.
No. Bella Blooms is not a medical device and it is not contraception. It won't replace your doctor.
No. We can't give medical advice. For anything about your health, talk to a doctor or nurse.
There is no support desk, just the people who make Bella Blooms, and this is a hobby project we run for the love of it. If something still goes wrong after you have followed the steps, email help@bellablooms.app and tell us what device you are using and what you see. If it is about a payment, add your invoice reference. Please don't send health information. We reply as soon as we can.
