Getting started

Start in one morning.

One temperature, logged before you get out of bed — that's the whole habit. Bella Blooms works out the rest: where you are in your cycle, and how to work with it today.

No accounts. No cloud. Nothing ever leaves your phone.

One thing to grab first: a basal body thermometer
A regular thermometer isn't precise enough — reading your cycle needs about 0.05°C / 0.1°F resolution to catch the shift that confirms ovulation. Any pharmacy, around $10.

How it works

Six steps. After the first two, it's really just one.

1
Grab a basal thermometer
Any pharmacy, about $10. This is the only physical thing you need.
2
Add it to your home screen
Open your link in Chrome, tap "Add to Home screen." From then on it opens fullscreen, like a real app, and works fully offline.
3
Take your temperature each morning
Right when you wake — before sitting up, talking, or checking your phone. The same time each day matters more than the exact time.
4
Log it, see your day
A phase-aware greeting, plus what to eat, how hard to train, and what your body could use more of today.
5
Tap once when your period starts
That's the only other input needed. Everything else — your phase, your predictions — is computed from there.
6
Watch it sharpen over time
Your first cycle is mostly Bella Blooms learning your rhythm. By the second, it's confirming ovulation from your real temperature shift — not a guess.

A companion, not a chart.

Bella Blooms is a supportive companion, not a medical device or contraception. It won't replace your doctor — but it might make it easier to talk to one.
